Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when you may receive a refund for a purchase of iDowny and how refunds are processed. By purchasing, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service and End User License Agreement.

14-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original transaction date, subject to the limitations below. The refund window is measured from the date shown on your payment confirmation.

PayPal Refund Process

Purchases processed through PayPal will be refunded via PayPal when your request is approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where technically possible. Processing times may depend on PayPal and your financial institution; we do not control those timelines.

To request a refund, contact us using the email or support channel listed on the official iDowny website and include your order or transaction identifier and the email used at purchase.

Post-Refund Handling

Upon completion of an approved refund, your license entitlement associated with that purchase will be revoked. You must cease use of paid features covered by that license and remove or deactivate the software on affected devices as applicable. Continued use after revocation may violate our EULA and Terms of Service.

Non-Refundable Cases

We may deny or limit refunds where:

  • The request is made after the 14-day window (except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise);
  • We detect fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeated refund patterns inconsistent with good-faith use;
  • The purchase was made through a channel or promotion that expressly stated “all sales final” or equivalent, if applicable;
  • You have materially violated our Terms or EULA in connection with the purchase or license.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence.
